TASTE is dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of culinary excellence with an emphasis on a fresh, high quality and varying menu. We strive to offer a gourmet dining experience of vegetarian, healthy, and Eco-friendly foods.

Based out of beautiful Santa Barbara, California, founder and Chef Brittany Gleason brings local organic produce to create healthy savory cuisine in your home or at your next event. With an interest in healthier eating, Chef Gleason became committed to eating and preparing organic, sustainable foods at 18 years of age.  She began her baking career at the famed Earthbound Farms in Carmel Valley, California, where her passion for healthy cuisine grew.  After leaving Earthbound Farms,  she worked with Chef Josie Rowe at her bakery, Diva Dulce Baked Goods in the Monterey Peninsula. Rowe is a member of the Fassett family that began the famous Nepenthe Restaurant perched on the picturesque cliffs of Big Sur.  In addition to her catering business, Chef Gleason currently bakes at Sojourner's Cafe & Restaurant here in Santa Barbara, which has been nourishing the body and soul since 1978, and she is the head baker at The Good Cookie, a non-profit bakery run by professionals to help the homeless. The Good Cookie actually hires individuals who have gone through the culinary program at Casa Esperanza Homeless Center and their cookies can be found in Whole Foods and various health food stores up and down the Southern California coast.  Gleason says, "I love knowing that my baking skills can be a part of something in the community that is so worthwhile."  She was formerly the head baker at Sweet Hearts Bakery, and some of their baked goods can be found in Whole Foods Market and Lazy Acres Market here in Santa Barbara, and New Frontier's Natural Marketplace in Solvang.  Her passion for creating healthy, delicious foods can be tasted and seen with every bite.

TASTE is committed to the very highest standards, using only the finest quality ingredients, beginning with fresh seasonal produce and organic when possible. Chef Gleason is not only dedicated to healthy, sustainable cuisine, she gives a certain amount of her profits to help support orphans in Uganda and Greenpeace International.
