With the focus on quality, healthy cuisine, Chef Gleason is available for in-home cooking for couples or families who, for whatever reason are not able to cook for themselves. Special dietary needs are taken into consideration--whether that be personal food choice preference or for medical reasons.
Chef Gleason also offers craft services for feature film, television and/or commercial shoots. Capable of being portable, we can move to your locations, and we're able to handle special requests providing healthier choice options, to include gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan foods.
